Welcome to the new and more modern and newly built TRIGKAS HEALTH ONE DAY CLINIC Day Care Unit. Inspirer and owner, nephrologist Panagiotis Trigas, scientific manager and managing director of Chronic Hemodialysis Unit TRIGAS NEPHROS MON SA . At present, it is made up of OPHTHALMOLOGY, HAIR CLINIC, DERMATOLOGY, PLASTIC & COSMETIC SURGERY and ENT departments.

The unit is housed in a 600 sq.m. area, newly built at 523 Corinthou Street & Parnassos, easily accessible from the perimeter road through Venizelos with free parking.

It consists of two large, comfortable, spacious, state-of-the-art surgical rooms fully equipped that highlight aesthetics (surgical design) and safety.

At the same time, there is a recovery room with advanced equipment for rest and short-hour follow-up of patients post-surgery, patient changing rooms with vacuum air for automatic sterilization during their stay in the area, as well as three clinics for the three main specialties and a spacious reception and waiting area.

Scientifically responsible of the Ophthalmology department is doctor Katsimbris Ioannis, director of the Ophthalmology Clinic of Patras General Hospital. Graduated from the Faculty of Medicine of the Kapodistrian University.

Scientifically responsible for Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery is the doctor Barlinga Theodora, a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Patras, specialized in GN Agios Andreas and in Bordeaux, France, with many years of experience in both invasive as well as aesthetic plastic surgery.

Scientifically responsible of the Dermatology Department is doctor Karagiorga Dora, a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Athens, specializing in the "Andreas Syggros" Skin and Venereal Diseases Hospital, specialized in both clinical and cosmetic dermatology, renowned and recognized in the field of Dermatology.

Scientifically responsible for Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) is the doctor Ioanna Elmaloglou, a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Patras specializing in the University General Hospital of Patras Rio, with experience in invasive ENT.

The scientific director of the clinic is Dr. Zacharis Georgios.

The doctor has specialized in general surgery, vascular surgery and emergency medicine in hospitals and university clinics in Germany. With many years of experience both abroad and in Greece, since 2017 he has been the Director of Emergency Medicine at the General Hospital of Patras “Agios Andreas”.

The head nurse is Mrs. Christina Plota, a graduate of SAN (School of Nursing Officers) with a lot of experience and expertise in the surgical field.

What we offer

The Day Care Unit performs surgical procedures under general anesthesia and any type of anesthesia (spinal, epidural, and local) that do not require the patient to stay overnight.

It can cover the entire spectrum of ophthalmology and ophthalmic surgery and all cosmetic surgery procedures such as eyelid surgery, otoplasty, rhinoplasty, liposuction, minor rhytidectomy facelifting, mole removal, removal of benign tumors, nail surgery. He deals with trauma, clinical dermatology (acne, psoriasis, papules), skin biopsies, skin transplantation, burns, bedsores, suturing, abscesses, cysts. ENT procedures such as cannula placement, tympanic membrane procedures, nose procedures such as nasal septum, oral cavity, larynx and neck procedures.
